Supplement Question

I ran the 50K and experienced terrible cramps. I received some tablets (not capsules) at the 19 mile aid station. They were sealed in a samll paper package. They worked wonders and I would like to know what they were. (I took capsules later in the run. I think those were Enduralyte capsules.) Maybe these were the same thing, just in tablet form. Hoping someone can help.
